Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

PhilTech Enterprises is a sustainable enterprise with an extreme focus on corporate sustainability. We have various corporate social responsibility programs which aim to empower the next generation of African Entrepreneurs to build sustainable businesses that are socially responsible by creating safe and high-quality products/ services. Mainly, our corporate social behaviour is Entrepreneur-centric in that sense that we equip them to positive contribution to social needs pertaining to their own communities. We are all about sustainable entrepreneurship.

As a matter of fact, we have an entire Department called Business Philanthropy which aims at teaching entrepreneurs the value of giving back to the society by incorporating their CSR strategy directly into their business operations. It is all about creating shared value, which is a principle that encompasses that idea that long-term corporate success needs a healthy, educated workforce, sustainable resources and adept government to compete effectively. As part of our social impact, we ensure to go to economically weakened areas to educate the youth and the unemployed on entrepreneurship through our curriculum.
