Report Security Vulnerabilities

Help PhilTech Enterprises strengthen its products and services vulnerability management

In a nutshell, by security vulnerability we mean all dissatisfactory conditions impacting the effective management of operations related to the security and reliability of all our products and services, which may unfortunately result in misuses such as assuming ungranted trust or identity, controlling or disrupting unauthorized business operations.

Please note that if you are experiencing a concern about any possible security vulnerability in the PhilTech Entrepreneurship website, please send an email to [email protected] and PhilTech Enterprises’ Vulnerability Management Team will revert to you with the adequate feedback.

Entrepreneurs and other entitled users of our products and services should contact PhilTech Enterprises Technical Support to report issues discovered in any of PhilTech Enterprises offerings via the following email: [email protected]. If the PhilTech Enterprises Technical Support Team comes to the conclusion the a reported issue is indeed a real security vulnerability, it will immediately bring such concern to the attention of the most appropriate Security and/ or System Integrity groups and inform PhilTech Enterprises Governing body, in due course. All relevant departments will collaborate in order to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
