Re: Cease and Desist – Copyright & Trademark Infringements
To Whom It May Concern:
The board of Directors at PhilTech Enterprises would like to inform its active and prospective users that if it ever comes to their attention that any of the proprietary work of the company has been infringed, PhilTech Enterprises will not hesitate to initiate a legal matter to resolve this case. This would apply to any infringing copy resembling any of our original educational course materials.
PhilTech Enterprises remains the sole proprietor of all copyright in any of their prescribed and provided textbooks, which entrepreneurs need to study in order to complete the courses they are enrolled in. As a matter of fact, PhilTech Enterprises had reserved all rights in their educational materials, which was first published under the authority of its Board of Directors who regulate the affairs of the company, which is legally registered under the following  number 2018290565. For as long as you neither requested nor received permission to use our Work, you therefore remain unauthorized to either copy or even use any of our copyrighted Work. Failure to comply with the content of this letter will immediately constitute copyright infringement in violation of the South African and international copyright laws.
We hereby demand that all users,  from the very moment they read this letter, fully adhere to its content.
If entrepreneurs and other users who infringed any or our original work do not cease and desist immediately, we will be forced to take appropriate legal action against them and we will seek all available damages and remedies.
